Questions installers ask
Will my email stop working when the site changes?
No. Only the website settings on your domain are changed. Your email stays exactly as it is.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain stays in your name the whole time. With Build, the site is handed over to you once it's live. With Build + care, we host it for you, and if you ever stop care, we hand it over.
I don't have a domain. Can you still build it?
Yes. You register a domain in your business name, and we set the site up on it.
Are there monthly costs?
With Build, hosting a site this size is usually free, so there's often nothing to pay each month. With Build + care, there's a monthly fee for hosting and looking after it.
What's included in care?
Hosting, security updates, up to 3 small changes a month, your forms and booking tested every month, grant figures kept up to date when SEAI changes them, and a short monthly report on site visits, enquiries through the site and what we changed or fixed.
