Who we are

What we collect

• Emails you send us: your name, email address and anything you write.
• Call bookings: when you book a call, the booking service collects your name, email and the time you pick (see below).
• Visitor statistics: we count page visits with a privacy-friendly service that uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Booking a call

Calls are booked through Cal.com, our booking service. The free times in the calendar on our pages are fetched from Cal.com by our site, so nothing from Cal.com loads in your browser. When you book, your name and email address and, if you give them, your company name and website go from our site to Cal.com, which books the call and emails you the confirmation. We use this to arrange and hold the call, to send you the details, and to prepare for it. The booking is added to our Google Calendar, and calls are held on Google Meet. To stop misuse, the calendar limits how many times each connection can look up times and book in a day. To count them, it keeps a scrambled code made from your internet address (not the address itself), which is deleted the first time the calendar is used on a later day.

The demo chat

Some pages have a demo chat where you play a made-up homeowner. Messages you type into it are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the replies. We don't keep chat messages. To stop misuse, the demo limits how many messages each connection can send in a day. To count them, it keeps a scrambled code made from your internet address (not the address itself), which is deleted the first time the demo is used on a later day. Please don't type personal details into the demo chat.

Why we use it

To reply to you, arrange and hold calls, and see which pages are useful. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before a contract.

Where it's stored

Your information is handled by us in Pakistan and by the services we use (email, booking, the demo chat's AI provider and statistics), which may store it in other countries. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires for business and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).

Installers' customer data

When we run a campaign or replies for an installer, we act on their instructions under a separate data agreement. Homeowners should contact the installer first about their data.
