The grant new enquiries ask about
Homeowners getting panels want to know about the solar grant. Our replies answer the common questions with wording you've approved, and pass anything unusual to you.
Battery grant questions get answered too.
- Up to €1,800 towards solar panels
- €700 per kWp for the first 2 kWp (€1,400), plus €200 per kWp for the next 2 (€400). Up to €1,800, for systems of 4 kWp or more
- The home must have an MPRN and be built and occupied before 2025
- No earlier solar PV grant at that MPRN
- Grant approval must be in place before work starts. The work then has 8 months to finish
- Panels and a battery together: one application covers both, up to €2,400 in total

Questions installers ask
Will it give homeowners prices?
No. It answers general questions and books the survey. Quotes come from you, after you've seen the house. Questions about finance or payment plans go straight to you.
Which quote sites does it work with?
Most quote sites send enquiries by email, which is all it needs. We check yours on the first call.
What if a homeowner asks something it can't answer?
It tells them a person will get back to them and passes the conversation to you straight away.
Does it replace my CRM?
No. It answers and books, and you keep using whatever you use now.
Will homeowners know it's automated?
Yes. Every automated conversation says so in its first message, and anyone can ask for a person at any point. Questions it can't answer are passed to you.
What does setup involve?
A short call, then we connect your website form, quote-site emails and WhatsApp, and set up booking around your survey days. You approve every answer before it goes live. Setup is included in the subscription.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There's no minimum term and no exit fee. Just stop before your next month starts.
