A short summary of who was contacted, who replied, who opted out and who booked. I go through it with you on a call.

Beyond the setup, you pay only for surveys that get booked. If the campaign books fewer than 3, your setup fee is returned in full.

- Booked means booked and keptSurveys cancelled before the visit don't count, and you're never charged for them.
- Fewer than 3?Your setup fee is returned, and you still pay only for the surveys that did get booked.
- Smaller listsUnder 50 customers, the campaign runs the same way, without the guarantee.
What you can check before you pay
The guarantee, in writing: under 3 booked surveys from a list of 50+, and your setup fee is returned.
See it working first: watch the 2-minute demo or try the assistant yourself.

Built around Irish rules: dated SEAI grant facts, only customers from the last 12 months, an opt-out in every message.
Questions installers ask
Is it legal to contact my past customers about this?
Generally yes, by email and text, if they bought from you in the last 12 months and were offered a way to opt out when they did. WhatsApp is only added if you also have fast reply, and only for customers who agreed to it. We go through this together before anything is sent. This isn't legal advice.
Who do the messages come from?
Your business. Customers see your name, and replies come back to you or to an automated assistant that says it's automated.
What counts as a booked survey?
A homeowner picks a survey time and it's confirmed in your diary. If they cancel before the survey, it doesn't count and you aren't charged for it.
What if a homeowner asks about price or finance?
We never quote prices or discuss finance, loans or payment plans. Those questions go straight to you.
What if a customer doesn't want to hear from us?
They're removed straight away and never contacted again by this campaign.
How soon can the campaign start?
Usually about two weeks after our call. Your business name has to be registered for texts, and your email settings checked, so the messages arrive properly and show your name.
Do I need fast reply as well?
No. The battery campaign works on its own. If you want both, the Complete package combines them with no per-survey fees.
